This spot at Pulau carey is very dark, and virtually has no light pollution except those few ships park near west port as see from picture. But the place is really far from the town and it is not recommended to travel there alone. The spot is really good spot for astrophotography. You can even see the galaxy with your bare eyes. But you have to get used to the darkness first. It is not a normal family trips, people who go to the end of pulau carey should be more adventurous. because they are orang asli living nearby and also indian temple that pray for the Death.
